1. Agreement to these terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the purchase and use of all digital products and services available on this site. By completing your purchase, you enter into a legally binding agreement and confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not proceed with your purchase.

2. No refunds — all sales final

All products sold on this site are digital. Upon payment being confirmed, you are granted immediate access to your purchase. Because access is delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final and non-refundable — no exceptions, no exchanges, no credits.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:

• You have been made aware of this no-refund policy prior to purchase

• You have accepted it as a condition of the transaction

• You waive any right to a refund except where you are entitled to one under applicable law

This policy applies to all products listed in section 3, including all order bumps and upsells.

3. Products covered

These Terms apply to all digital products and services available on this site, including but not limited to:

• Content to Clients Playbook (digital course)

• The 1-Hour Content Strategy Intensive

• All order bumps, upsells, and add-on products offered at or after checkout

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any product at any time. If a product is discontinued, we will make reasonable efforts to provide you with downloadable copies of your purchased materials or give a minimum of 30 days' notice.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. By purchasing, you confirm you meet these requirements and that all information you provide during checkout is accurate and complete.

5. Payment

All prices are in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Payments are processed via authorised third-party payment processors. By purchasing, you confirm you have provided accurate billing information and agree to the payment processor's terms of service.

Where a payment plan is offered and selected:

• You authorise your payment method to be charged on the scheduled dates

• You remain liable for all instalments in full, regardless of whether you use the product

• Missed payments may result in access being suspended until the outstanding balance is cleared

• Payment plans are not cancellable once your order is confirmed

6. Chargebacks and payment disputes

If you have a concern about your purchase, you must contact us at support@buildwithcrystal.com before initiating any chargeback or dispute through your bank or payment provider.

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we reserve the right to:

• Immediately revoke your access to all purchased products

• Pursue recovery of the disputed amount plus any associated fees

• Deny you access to future purchases

If a chargeback is filed and later reversed in our favour, you will be responsible for any chargeback fees charged by the payment processor.

7. Access issues

If you experience a genuine technical issue accessing your purchase, contact us at support@buildwithcrystal.com within 30 days of purchase. We will work to resolve the issue promptly. Where we are unable to provide access due to an error on our part, you may be eligible for a remedy in accordance with applicable law.

8. Intellectual property

All content, materials, templates, scripts, frameworks, and resources provided through these products are protected by copyright and remain the sole intellectual property of the rights holder. Your purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the content for your own business and social media accounts only. This licence does not grant you any ownership rights.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, share, or distribute any materials to others

• Resell, repurpose, or present any content as your own

• Use the content to create or sell competing products or services without express written permission

• Share account access or login credentials with any other person

• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright or proprietary notices

Any unauthorised use may result in immediate revocation of access without refund and potential legal action, including claims for damages and injunctive relief.

9. Disclaimer and results

All advice, strategies, and content are provided for educational and informational purposes only. No guarantees are made regarding income, business growth, leads generated, or any specific outcome. Your results will depend entirely on your own effort, consistency, circumstances, and implementation.

Any income figures, client results, or examples shared in marketing materials or course content represent individual outcomes and are not typical. They are provided for illustrative purposes only and do not constitute a promise or prediction of your results.

Nothing in these products constitutes legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for your own business decisions and for seeking appropriate professional advice where needed.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, total liability for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question. No liability is accepted for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including but not limited to lost profits, wasted time, business interruption, or loss of data — whether or not we were advised of the possibility of such loss.

11. Indemnification

12. Termination of access

In serious cases, termination may occur without prior notice. No refund will be issued upon termination for breach.

If you cease using a product voluntarily, you remain liable for any outstanding payment obligations and no refund will be issued.

13. Community and conduct

Where access to a community, group, or any shared space is included with or offered alongside a product, you agree to the following standards of conduct:

• You will not harass, threaten, spam, or solicit other members

• You will not share false, misleading, or defamatory information

• You will not promote your own products or services without permission

• You will not share other members' private information without their consent

• You will not impersonate others or misrepresent your identity or affiliation

We reserve the right to remove you from any community or shared space at any time for breach of these standards. Removal does not entitle you to a refund.

Any feedback, wins, or results you share within a community space may be used as testimonials in accordance with section 14 below.

14. Testimonials

Any feedback or results you share publicly — including on social media, in community spaces, or directly with us — may be used to promote these products. By sharing publicly, you grant a non-exclusive, irrevocable licence to republish your words alongside your name or handle for promotional purposes. No payment will be made in return. Testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee of results.

15. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on this site. By purchasing, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.

16. Changes to these terms
